Day 1: TULUM aprox 2.5 hr

Arrival in Cancun. Meet and greet at the airport (only the driver) and transfer to the hotel of Tulum. The Caribbean Sea off the resort coast shimmers in various shades of blue and is renowned for its clarity.

Relaxation: Spend the rest of the day unwinding and enjoying the beach or hotel amenities. You can take a stroll along the shoreline or enjoy a cocktail with a beautiful view of the ocean.

Day 2: Tulum Pyramid & Catamaran Tour in Bacalar aprox 4 hr

Morning: Tulum Ruins – Begin the day with a visit to the Tulum archaeological site, one of the most beautiful and well-preserved Mayan ruins on the Caribbean coast. Explore the ancient pyramids and temples with a knowledgeable guide, and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea from this cliffside location.

Afternoon: Bacalar Catamaran Tour – After your visit to the ruins, you will travel to Bacalar, known for its stunning “Lake of Seven Colors.” Here, you’ll embark on a catamaran tour across the lake, where you can swim in the crystal-clear waters and relax as you admire the beautiful surroundings.

Evening: Accommodation in small boutique hotel in Bacalar for a relaxing evening.

Day 3: Kohunlich Ruins & Fort of Bacalar

Morning: Kohunlich Ruins – Today, you’ll head to the Kohunlich Ruins. This archaeological site is known for its impressive “masks of the sun god” (the large stone masks adorning the temples) and the jungle surroundings. Explore the ruins and learn about the ancient Mayan civilization that once thrived here.

Afternoon: Bacalar Fort (Fuerte de Bacalar) – After visiting Kohunlich, you’ll head back to Bacalar to visit the Fuerte de Bacalar (Bacalar Fort), built in the 18th century to protect the region from pirates. The fort offers a panoramic view of the lake and a small museum showcasing the region’s history.

Evening: Return to your hotel for some well-deserved rest and relaxation by the beach or pool

Day 4: Bacalar to Cancun aprox 6 hr

Morning: Spend the morning at leisure in Bacalar, where you can take a final dip in the lagoon, enjoy a relaxing breakfast by the water, or visit any local markets for souvenirs.

Afternoon: After your time in Bacalar, you will be transferred to Cancun, where you can enjoy the remainder of the day at your own pace. You can take a walk along the famous hotel zone beaches or explore the vibrant city center.

Evening: Check in at your hotel in Cancun and enjoy dinner or drinks with an ocean view.

Day 5: Transfer to the Airport

Morning: Depending on your flight time, you may have a few hours to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or take a short walk around Cancun before heading to the airport.

Transfer to the Airport: You will be transferred to the Cancun International Airport for your departure.
