Description of the Itinerary


1st. Day Arrival in Mexico City.

Transfer from the airport to the hotel (4 *)

2º. Day. City tour + Teotihuacán.

Breakfast. Excursion through the center of the city, the Zócalo – political center of the country, the Cathedral, the National Palace and the famous murals created by the artist Diego Rivera. We will also cross the beautiful Av. Paseo de la Reforma – famous for the large number of monuments and memorials in its path. After the city tour, you will discover the city where men become Gods – Teotihuacán – where you will witness the archeological beauty and where you can climb the Pyramid of the Sun and the Moon. It’s an all day tour. Food and drinks not included.

3rd. Day. Mexico City – Villahermosa – Palenque. Overnight in Palenque

Breakfast. Transfers hotel – airport – airport Villahermosa – hotel (4 *) in Palenque. Note: Please book a flight to Villahermosa with arrival between 09:00 and 13:00 hrs. The Mex-Villahermosa plane ticket is not included.

4º. Day. Palenque – Campeche – Overnight in Campeche

Visit to Palenque, an archaeological site immersed in the jungle and one of the most important for the Mayan world. Inside the Pyramid of inscriptions was the sarcophagus of King Pakal and his fascinating carved stone. You will admire the Temple of the Sun, the Temple of the Cross and the Palace. Further on, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. Time to eat (food will run on its own). Then a visit to the beautiful city of Campeche where we will spend the night in a hotel of 4 *

5th. Day. Campeche – Uxmal – Merida. Overnight in Mérida

Breakfast. Departure to Uxmal “The city built 3 times” You will meet the Pyramid of the Fortuneteller, the quadrangle of the nuns, the governor’s palace and the court of the ball game. Time for lunch on your own. Arrival to the City of Merida “The White City”, walk along the Paseo Montejo, monument to the Homeland, the main square, the Cathedral and the Government Palace. Overnight in hotel of 4 *.

6th. Day. Merida – Chichen Itza – Cenote Ik-Kil – Cancun or Riviera Maya

Breakfast, Departure to Chichen Itza, the most important and imposing Maya archaeological site. Declared by UNESCO Cultural Heritage of Humanity and one of the new Seven Wonders of the World. There you will discover how advanced was the astronomical knowledge that this incredible civilization had. You will visit the Pyramid known as “el Castillo”. The Temple of Kukulcan, the largest ball court in all of Mesoamerica, the temple of the skulls, the Temple of the Jaguar, the Temple of the Warriors and the Observatory. Further on you will take the path to Cenote Ik-Kil where you can swim and refresh in its crystal clear waters. This cenote is considered the most beautiful of the Peninsula. We will continue our way to Cancun and / or Riviera Maya according to your hotel reservation.
